We stock Italicatessen Sauces & Patés - delicious sauces that can can be stirred into hot pasta for a great meal. One jar serves six people.

Their Pestos are produced according to traditional recipes in Liguria, the homeland of Pesto. The Patés are ideal as spreads on bread, for appetisers or with meats.

It’s a good idea to keep some special supplies and treats tucked away in the cupboard for everyday use, emergency visits or little gifts.

With a large selection of biscuits (including home-made biscuits) in store, you’ll never be short of something to serve with that afternoon cup of tea or coffee.

At Thomas’s, we support local and Irish suppliers where possible and are proud to stock coffee from Java Republic as well as others.

We stock a wide range of pastas, tinned food (Epicure) and emergency supplies such as sugar, persil, beans and flour!

Chutneys, Mustards and Jams

We source the best jams, chutneys and mustards. Indeed, many are award winners.

Janet’s Country Fayre (handmade chutneys, relishes, dressings, salsas and marmalades) are delicious. Try her pestos if you don’t have time to make your own. As she says herself, “pesto is not just for pasta. Add it to sauces and viniagrettes. Spread on crostini and bruschetta, brush over chicken and fish. Toss into a stir-fry and new potatoes. Marinade it on meat – leg of lamb – yum!”

Cottage Delight is a family owned company. Thomas’s stocks many products from this award winning company including mustards, chutneys and jams.
